Vadodara is a city located in the state of Gujarat in India.This city is located on the banks of the Vishwamitri River and also known with another name of Baroda. The city has a different meaning of its name behind it and Vadodara means “the city which keeps a banyan tree in its stomach”. This city was ruled by various rulers according to the historical records. Firstly it was dominated by the Gupta Dynasty then it was taken over by the Chalukya Dynasty and after them, this city was captured by the Solanki dynasty.
