Munnar

Munnar is a beautiful city of Kerala located in the Western Ghats range of mountains and better known as a hill station of Kerala. The name of ‘Munnar’ has the meaning of the union of three rivers which are named as Madhurapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundaly River. Munnar was treated as a summer resort for the British and this place is mostly known for its beautiful tea plantations.Munnar is a place where you can spot a rare beautiful blue flower which blooms once in a duration of 12 years and known as strobilanthusor “neelakurinji in local language. In Munnar, you can find lots of greenery and rich fauna and this is an ideal space for the lovebirds or the honeymoon couples.
