Munnar

Munnar is a beautiful city of Kerala located in the Western Ghats range of mountains and better known as a hill station of Kerala. The name of ‘Munnar’ has the meaning of the union of three rivers which are named as Madhurapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundaly River. Munnar was treated as a summer resort for the British and this place is mostly known for its beautiful tea plantations.Munnar is a place where you can spot a rare beautiful blue flower which blooms once in a duration of 12 years and known as strobilanthusor “neelakurinji in local language.
