Gurdwara Bangla Sahib is a prominent religious place of Sikhs situated near Connaught Place, New Delhi. Gurdwara Bangla Sahib was originally a bungalow belonging to Raja Jai Singh, an Indian ruler in the seventeenth century, and was known as Jaisinghpura Palace. The Gurudwara is known for the eighth Sikh Guru, Guru Har Krishan.

It is said that Guru Har Krishan resided here and he helped people suffering from various diseases with the help of water nearby his residence. After Guru death, Raja Jai Singh constructed a well here and water is now revered as having healing properties. The Gurdwara and its Sarovar are now an important and most famous religious spot for Sikhs and hold a great reverence for Sikhs and a place for special congregation on birth anniversary of Guru Har Krishan.
