Udaipur is a beautiful city of the state of Rajasthan in India. It is also known as the ‘City of Lakes’ and was also known as the capital of the large city of Mewar. The name of the city has been derived from the fact that this city consists of numerous lakes and palaces because the royals of the state use to stay here. “Most Romantic City of India” and the “Venice of the East“, and “Kashmir of Rajasthan” are some of the names by which Udaipur is known all around the world because of the several lakes in the city.

The city Palace has a number of small and big palaces settled inside and the design of this palace is inspired by Chinese, Mughal, European and Rajasthani sculptures. The entire palace is made of granite and marble with exquisite silver and mirror work, you can see beautiful paintings and murals.

The intricate design of this space entails three peacocks which are made to signify the three seasons of monsoon, winter and summer showed in exclusive artwork with colored glass mosaic.
